Substrate Preparation
Industrial base paper made via wet forming is dedusted and static-eliminated to meet cleanliness standards. Even fiber arrangement provides stable physical support for subsequent functional coating and prevents coating peeling as the foundational procedure.

Cleanroom Pre-treatment
Base paper is conveyed into a Class 10,000 cleanroom for secondary dust removal and static elimination. As a critical pre-process, it removes dust and static risks to keep the substrate free of surface contaminants and prevent coating defects.

Dry Functional Treatment
Electrostatic spraying and vacuum evaporation form a compact functional coating on the paper surface to deliver anti-static, anti-corrosion, and moisture-proof performance with zero solvent and no harmful residue, superior to traditional wet coating in environmental performance.

Functional Layer Curing
Low-temperature curing tightly bonds the functional layer to the substrate against peeling. Precisely controlled heating protects original paper toughness without thermal damage, balancing adhesion and paper property to secure consistent finished quality.
