Our Eco-Friendly Production: Wet-Forming
Wet-forming is TONLI’s core manufacturing process and one of the most resource-efficient methods for producing specialty paper. Using water as the primary medium for fiber transport, it enables precise control over fiber distribution while significantly reducing airborne particulate emissions. This is a process where environmental responsibility is engineered in — not added on.
Closed-loop Water System: On-site water recycling cuts fresh water consumption per ton of paper. Reduced Chemical Usage: High-dilution wet process enables precise dosing, lowering chemical consumption and wastewater discharge. Higher Yield, Less Waste: Uniform product structure minimizes defects and rejects, improving pass rate. Heat Recovery:Waste heat from white water is reused to reduce steam demand and total energy use.Our Regenerated Fiber Applications
Fiber is the soul of paper and a core factor determining its quality and performance. At TONLI, we uphold the concept of green production, widely using post-consumer PCW and post-industrial recycled fibers to prepare specialty pulps. The recycled fiber ratio can be flexibly customized, typically ranging from 40% to 80% recycled PCW, to match customers' environmental needs. Leveraging mature and sophisticated pulping processes, we maximize the utilization of recycled resources. Even with a high proportion of recycled fibers, we maintain stable control over core properties such as paper stiffness, color, and processing suitability, without compromising the quality of packaging paper. We help brand clients achieve ESG sustainability goals with sustainable specialty paper solutions, working together to build a low-energy, recyclable, green, and low-carbon packaging industry chain.

Carbon emissions transparency has become a business requirement today. At TONLI, we follow the principle of Measure, Reduce, Report for carbon management, believing that only quantifiable emissions can be effectively managed. We are building a full-spectrum carbon management system covering direct emissions, purchased energy, and the value chain. Through on-site energy optimization, renewable energy procurement, and supply chain decarbonization collaboration, we meet our customers’ commercial requirements for carbon footprint transparency.
