It supports one-pass deep embossing with uniform depth from 0.15mm to 0.30mm without damaging paper fibers. Both shallow and deep patterns perform stably. Compatible with glossy and matte varnishes, it delivers consistent and exquisite texture for double-sided packaging products.
Optimized surface properties enable full compatibility with hot stamping, UV, lamination, deep embossing and other mainstream processes. The patterns will not blur during processing, and no conflict occurs with coatings. It supports multi-layer craft effects and removes restrictions for creative design implementation.
