This black cardstock adopts pulp-phase through-dyeing. Pigments fully penetrate fibers to eliminate white-core exposure on creases and die-cut sections. It reaches Grade 4-5 rubbing color fastness with strict ΔE≤0.5 batch color control. Covering 100-500gsm, it supports hot stamping, UV printing and laser engraving as premium packaging substrate.

How does wet-process internal dyeing differ from surface coating?
Wet-process internal dyeing integrates black pigment into every fiber during the pulp stage, before the paper sheet is formed. This means the entire cross-section of the sheet is uniformly black from core to surface. Surface coating, by contrast, only applies 1-2 layers of black coating after the base paper is made, leaving a white core that shows white lines when folded.
