Solid Through-Black, Zero White Inner Core
Full fiber penetrating dyeing paired with balanced double-sided pearlescent coating achieves uniform solid black throughout the sheet. It avoids pale cut edges and uneven two-tone deviation, effectively lowering post-processing waste.

Stable Black Tone & Level 4–5 Rub Fastness
Sealed automatic production ensures even dispersion of pigments and pearlescent agents. Batch color difference strictly controlled at ΔE ≤0.5. It reaches 4–5 grade abrasion resistance, resisting fading and grey discoloration during long-term storage and transit.

Multiple Pearlescent Finishes & Full Post-Press Adaptability
Available in mirror high-gloss, velvety matte and iridescent pearlescent textures. Strong coating adhesion supports hot stamping, UV printing, embossing, laminating and flocking without cracking or delamination.

Customizable FSC Eco Pulp Blending
Manufactured via low-VOC water-based processes with full FSC certification. The proportion of virgin and recycled fibers can be adjusted to meet brand ESG low-carbon goals and international export compliance requirements.
