Three pulp options: 100% FSC virgin pulp, 60/40 virgin-recycled blend, and 100% FSC recycled pulp for flexible selection.

Is fluorescent whitening agent added to the black pigment?
No fluorescent agents. We use inorganic carbon black pigment with zero heavy metals and low VOC compliance.

What material is used for pearlescent powder on the surface?
Imported mica-titanium pearlescent powder with graded particle size to avoid agglomerated white specks.

Will fiber length differ greatly between virgin and recycled pulp grades?
Recycled fibers are combed and blended to match the stiffness and folding resistance of virgin stock.

Is bulk dyeing done before papermaking or after surface coating?
Fiber bulk dyeing is completed at wet pulp stage; pearlescent coating only forms the surface finish with fully saturated core color.
