FAQ

Will there be obvious differences in pearlescent effect and blackness between batches?

No. With symmetrical double-sided coating and precise material proportioning, the paper moisture content is kept at 6%-8% and batch color difference ΔE ≤ 0.5. All batches feature consistent blackness, gloss and pearlescent effect with no visible difference.

How to fix inconsistent pearlescent effect on two sides?

We adopt full pulp dyeing and equal-thickness double-sided coating, with coating thickness tolerance within 2μm. It completely avoids color deviation, perfectly suited for flip boxes and display boxes.

How about the scratch and weather resistance? Will it get scratched or faded during transit and storage?

Made with imported locomotive-grade pearlescent coating of HB hardness, it offers excellent resistance against scratch, aging and yellowing. It won't scratch or fade during transportation and long-term storage, overcoming the defects of ordinary pearlescent paper.

Can we customize pearlescent styles and grammages? What is the MOQ and lead time?

We support customization on high-gloss, matte, iridescent pearlescent finishes and all available grammages. The MOQ is 100kg and sampling takes 7-10 days. Exclusive formulas can be locked to ensure stable quality for mass production.

Does the paper have whitened folds or rough edges after folding and die-cutting?

Our wet full-dyeing technology forms compact fibers with balanced stiffness and toughness. No whitened folds or fuzzy edges occur during processing. It also resists rebound after embossing and debossing, delivering stable performance in mass production.

Can this paper improve production efficiency compared with ordinary double-sided pearlescent paper?

Yes. Uniform double-sided effect saves parameter adjustment for printing. No whitened folds means extra masking treatment is unnecessary. Its great adaptability to hot stamping and UV streamlines production, raising overall efficiency by over 15%.
