What is the MOQ for custom embossed art paper?

The MOQ for regular custom orders is 3 tons. Stock items are available for sample orders starting at 50kg.

What is the sample production time?

Standard samples will be delivered within 7 days, and samples with custom gloss or textures within 10 days.

Will whitening occur on embossed grooves and folded areas?

No. The bulk-dyeing process ensures uniform color throughout the paper. No white edges or exposed base will appear even after deep embossing and repeated folding.

Will the embossed patterns fade or rebound over long-term storage?

No. Adopting German steel roller one-shot forming technology, the patterns are well set. They will not rebound or blur during storage and processing, maintaining a lasting three-dimensional effect.

What are the differences in stiffness and application among different grammages?

Higher grammage brings greater stiffness. 120-150gsm is lightweight and flexible for hangtags, greeting cards and inner pages; 250-400gsm features excellent rigidity, ideal for tobacco & alcohol gift boxes and high-end rigid boxes.
