FAQ

What is the MOQ for custom colored/black cardboard?

The MOQ for regular custom orders is 2-100 tons. Standard in-stock items are available for sample orders starting at 50kg.

How long does sampling take?

Standard samples will be delivered within 7 days; samples with custom textures or colors will be ready within 10 days.

Will there be color difference or uneven luster between the front and back sides with pearlescent finish?

No. Adopting double-sided symmetric coating and pulp internal dyeing technology, the coating thickness difference on both sides is extremely small. The pearlescent effect and color are fully consistent with no uneven surface in mass production, and it will not affect subsequent printing and packaging.

How do you ensure consistent color and pearlescent effect for bulk orders?

Our fully automated production line realizes precise control over color and materials. The moisture content is stably maintained at 6%–8%. Every batch is inspected strictly with color difference ΔE ≤ 0.5. The ratio of pearlescent powder and coating material is accurately proportioned to guarantee uniform texture across all batches.

Will the pearlescent effect and color turn yellow or fade after long-term storage or under different temperature and humidity conditions?

Formulated with anti-yellowing and weather-resistant additives, the paper has great moisture and sun resistance. No yellowing, fading or luster loss occurs during long-term storage and transportation under normal conditions.

What if defective products are received?

We provide comprehensive quality assurance. For non-artificial quality issues, we will arrange returns or replacements through negotiation, and a dedicated project manager will follow up the after-sales service throughout the process.
