This series adopts FSC-certified sustainable wood pulp and recycled fibers, catering to different brand positioning and packaging needs. With patented wet pulp through-dyeing technology, the paper keeps a uniform color from core to surface and delivers rich, pure blackness. There is no whitening after 180° folding or deep embossing, and it maintains excellent color fastness without fading over time.

Produced with low-VOC clean technology, it contains no harmful solvent residues. Its carbon footprint is about 35% lower than traditional coated paper, fully meeting global environmental standards. Covering grammages from 110gsm to 450gsm, it supports standard and custom sizes in sheet and roll formats. Compatible with hot stamping, UV printing, embossing, debossing, die-cutting and other processes, it is widely used for gift boxes, tobacco & alcohol packaging, cosmetic boxes, cultural creations, hardcover books and hang tags. Any tips for storage? Is the paper prone to moisture and deformation?

Please store it in a cool, dry, ventilated and dark environment. The paper keeps a stable moisture content of 6%–8% with excellent flatness. It hardly deforms due to moisture and maintains stable quality in bulk storage.

Will recycled fibers reduce paper strength and affect texture?

No. We use premium recycled fibers and mature pulping techniques to guarantee stable strength and stiffness. Thanks to bulk dyeing, the paper has pure and uniform color, offering the same visual and tactile experience as pure wood pulp paper.

Can we make matte, glossy and other surface finishes on this eco-friendly black cardstock?

Yes. Matte, high-gloss, soft fog and other surface treatments are optional. These finishes will not change its eco-friendly features and bulk dyeing effect, nor interfere with follow-up processes such as hot stamping and UV printing.

Is it suitable for offset and digital printing? Will it cause uneven ink absorption or dull background?

It is fully compatible with offset and digital printing. The specially treated surface ensures even ink absorption and high color reproduction. With CNC production control, all batches present consistent printing effects without ink buildup or dull base tone.
