All TONLI black cardstock specs fit all post-processing crafts stably: screen printing, UV printing, embossing, gold/silver hot stamping, die-cutting, laser engraving, box mounting and laminating. Pulp internal dyeing without surface coating prevents ink peeling and scratch exposure during processing; the 400gsm grade achieves over 120 folding endurance times, 8 times higher than ordinary black cardboard. Stable 6%-8% moisture content avoids warping and edge cracking during production, limiting scrap rate below 0.5%.

Three series offer various GSM options for rigid luxury boxes, cost-effective gift sets and general packaging. Custom soft-touch, moisture-proof and anti-static functions are available, with full technical support from our factory to reduce processing loss for printing houses.
