Feature Highlights

This paper adopts eco-friendly water-based coating, nano compact coating and dual high-temperature curing technology, creating an incredibly smooth, skin-like touch. It is anti-fingerprint and scratch-resistant, with no linting or delamination even after long-term use. Made with full-fiber dyeing, the paper shows bright and solid colors and never reveals the base when folded. We provide more than 15 classic colors, while custom colors and textures are also available.

Offered in single-sided and double-sided versions with grammages ranging from 120gsm to 350gsm, it gets better stiffness and folding resistance as the grammage increases. It is ideal for brand hang tags, business invitations, creative inserts, cosmetic boxes, cigarettes, spirits, jewelry packaging and hardcover books.

Compatible with hot stamping, UV printing, embossing, die-cutting and flocking, it maintains a defective rate below 0.5% in mass production. Its VOC level is 60% lower than the industry standard, so it is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.

FAQ

What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided soft-touch paper? Will the double-sided type have uneven coating?

Single-sided paper is coated on one side only, ideal for hang tags and gift box liners. The double-sided version adopts synchronous coating, with uniform texture, color and touch on both sides. It works perfectly for book covers and flip-top boxes.

Does grammage affect the hand feel? What are the applications for 120gsm and 350gsm?

Higher grammage means better stiffness. 120–150gsm is soft for invitations and inner pages; 250–350gsm features great stiffness and folding resistance, suitable for gift box surfaces and hardcover books.

Will the surface turn rough or shed powder after long-term use and storage?

No. The stable coating stays firmly attached. The paper will not fade or turn grey, and keeps a smooth touch all the time.

Can we customize the paper, such as gloss, touch and texture?

Full customization is available. You can adjust touch and gloss, choose single/double-sided styles and grammages. We also optimize coating for special processing to match your unique packaging design.

Any storage tips? Is the paper easy to deform due to moisture?

Please store it in a dry and ventilated place. With moisture content kept at 6%–8%, the paper stays flat and stable without deformation during storage.

Can you make samples and small-batch orders for non-standard colors and grammages?
