The coating on non-processing areas will not be affected by ink and high temperature, so the original velvety touch remains intact.

Will coating transfer or sheet sticking occur when stacking large piles?
Anti-blocking components are added into formula. No sheet sticking or coating transfer occurs on pallet loads.

Does the surface attract floating dust easily? Can stains be wiped off easily?
Dense matte coating hardly absorbs dust. Light dirt can be cleaned with dry soft cloth with simple maintenance.

How much fluctuation of surface feel exists between different production batches?
Fully automatic closed-loop production controls coating parameters strictly. The touch difference between batches is minimal for consistent bulk reorders.

Can we adjust the formula to achieve stronger frosted damping touch?
Coating formula can be fine-tuned to increase friction and create a stronger frosted resistive feel.
