Dyes fully permeate paper fibers to unify inner and outer color. Bending will not expose white substrate, lowering scrap loss during die-cutting and lamination.

Simultaneous two-side coating delivers consistent texture front and back. Compatible with hot stamping, UV, embossing and die-cutting. 120–400gsm stiffness fits labels, cosmetic containers and luxury gift packaging.

Both base stock and coating pass FDA food contact test, suitable for outer packaging of tea, pastries and tonic products.

Can the proportion of recycled fiber in recycled pulp grade be adjusted?
Recycled fiber content can be adjusted between 40% and 80% to match ESG environmental indicators of client projects.

Can the waste paper be recycled for papermaking?
The wood pulp base has no non-degradable film. It can be directly sent to waste paper recycling system for re-production after use.

Is the raw material supply chain stable enough for long-term mass production?
We have annual fixed-price supply contracts with global pulp manufacturers. Sufficient stock is reserved to handle ten-thousand-ton annual orders.

What is the longitudinal folding endurance of the paper?
Longitudinal folding endurance ≥100 times. Repeated bending will not cause base cracking and reduce waste during box folding.

What is the expansion ratio under fluctuating temperature and humidity?
Water expansion ratio ≤2.0%. Dimensional stability is maintained amid seasonal changes, avoiding registration deviation in multi-color printing.
