What wood pulp is used as the base stock for this soft-touch paper?

We adopt imported virgin long-fiber wood pulp with even and dense fibers. Recycled pulp base material is also available for circular packaging requirements.

What are the chemical components of the surface tactile coating?

It is water-based nano polyurethane coating with pure water as dispersion medium, free of benzene solvents, forming a low-VOC eco-friendly system.

Does the finished paper contain optical brighteners?

No fluorescent agents are added in the whole production process. Third-party non-fluorescence test reports can be provided for maternal, infant and food packaging.

Does the coating contain heavy metals or phthalates?

All raw materials pass pre-inspection. The content of heavy metals and phthalates is far below the limit regulated by EU REACH regulation.

Can FSC COC certificates be issued for virgin pulp grades?

FSC COC documents can be provided for all virgin wood pulp batches to meet forest compliance requirements of overseas brands.

Will the finished paper produce pungent odor?

It goes through high-temperature deodorization and curing. No residual smell after unpacking, so it will not contaminate goods inside gift boxes.
