Is there obvious stiffness difference between different GSM grades? Can we customize paper hardness?
120gsm thin paper is soft for brochure inner pages, while 200-250gsm high-stiffness paper fits rigid gift box covers. We can adjust pulp formula to customize higher or lower stiffness as requested.

How many emboss textures are in stock? Can we develop new moulds based on client-provided textures?
We have 10 standard emboss patterns including linen, fine sand, oxford and pleated. New moulds can be developed for exclusive client textures, mould charge is deductible on bulk orders.

Can we get single-sided matte coating or is double-sided matte the standard?
Standard version is double-sided symmetrical matte. Single-sided matte or one-side matte & one-side gloss can be customized for special single-side printing orders.

What core advantages does your paper have compared with ordinary matte paper? Is it easy for distributors to promote?
In-pulp color mixing + double-layer imported coating avoids graying with scratch resistance and minimal color difference. Complete certifications fit European & US orders, free return & exchange for quality defects, bringing stronger competitiveness for distributors to develop clients.

Can production lead time be shortened for rush orders? What is the fastest delivery time?
Standard bulk lead time is 15-25 days. Stock standard specs can be rushed for production within 7 days. Rush orders with custom texture & coating need extra capacity coordination for priority production.

What is your annual production capacity? Will stock shortage and delayed delivery happen during peak seasons?
We have ten-thousand-ton specialty paper production lines with safety stock of standard matte paper. Place orders 15 days in advance during peak seasons to lock production capacity and avoid delayed delivery.
