Heavy board achieves one pass deep embossing depth of 0.20 0.30 mm without fibre crushing or rupture. Conventional embossing equipment often damages heavy stock fibres, causing easy cracking along folded lines after deep embossing.

Our long fibre formulated bulk dyed base combined with controlled steel roller pressure retains excellent folding performance even after heavy depth texturing. Zero white exposure persists inside embossed grooves and V groove creases. Applied for jewellery cases, premium wine boxes and limited edition hard cover catalogues, heavy weight sheets deliver intact emboss details and prominent premium finished aesthetics.
