The base is made of high-quality virgin wood pulp with pure and compact fibers. Combined with through-body pulp dyeing, it is fully black throughout, delivering excellent stiffness and physical stability.

What materials and processes make the paper high-opacity and non-show-through?
Special colorant is fully blended with virgin wood pulp for even black tone. Combined with high-opacity coating formula, even low-grammage paper will not show background or whitening.

What additives create fingerprint resistance and writability?
Special tactile additives are mixed into the coating. It forms a delicate matte surface while reducing fingerprint marks. The optimized surface tension ensures smooth writing without ink bleeding.

Is the scratch resistance and anti-gray performance related to the coating formula?
Yes. The coating uses weather-resistant resin mixed with anti-aging additives to improve surface hardness and oxidation resistance. It resists scratches and discoloration during long-term storage and transportation.

Can you adjust raw material formulas to customize different matte levels and surface textures?
Yes. We can adjust the ratio of matte resin and matting powder to achieve effects from regular matte to ultra-matte. Custom surface textures are also available via formula adjustment.

Will raw material properties affect hot stamping, UV printing and embossing results?
The coating materials are specially optimized with proper surface adhesion. It works well with stamping foil, printing ink and embossing, avoiding foil peeling, ink loss and pattern rebound after processing.
